Arrived with scratches all over, glue marks, and dust - clearly not in great condition out of the box. The instructions were inconsistent and confusing, which made assembly frustrating. On top of that, the wood panels cracked easily when tightening the screws. Really disappointing for the price.

I just reviewed beetles in the same range. The review for the chest of drawers is exactly the same. All I would add is that having dealt with 4 different customer service people during this process, Germaine was the best.

A good quality service somewhat let down by problems with delivery time scales hiccups.

Some confusion regarding the delivery between L J and Ervi but eventually it was sorted out.
