After taking out a good portion of the shredded latex (better than solid), I have reached my comfort level. I love the pillow.

Packaging was great. We love all 4 of our mattresses from latex for less. The medium firmness is just perfect. The website was easy to navigate and we got the mattresses fairly quickly.

I am a 78 year old male whose hips we’re hurting from a mattress that was too firm. I bought the twin XL, 3“ medium and it was too hard. My wife is doing fine with it however. I then bought the twin XL 3” soft and all the hip pain is gone.

The most comfortable mattress I have ever had. Great to know it is a completely natural, plant-based product. Heavier than I expected, but manageable.

I cannot comment on a return policy because I didn’t need it. We LOVED our mattress! But I will say I pity the person who needs to pack that thing back up if they needed to; it’s DENSE and the vacuum packaging is fabulously done by the supplier.
