This frame is easy to put together and is perfect support for our new latex mattress from Latex for Less. We did end up getting a bed skirt to cover the "organic" lettering on the outside - something to consider. It did take a long time to get delivered but be patient!

There was an issue about a piece which was broken initially, but the customer service department was simply outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use latex for less again. The woman that I worked with in customer service was attentive, apologetic, and extremely efficient and getting me a replacement part
