The latex firm hybrid is very comfortable. It has just the right degree of firmness. However, it is very heavy and two people are needed to move it.

Customer service excellent and received a couple weeks after ordering. I called to check on order and was told they had to make it. It’s nice to know it’s fresh and hadn’t been sitting in a warehouse.
