I placed an urgent order with Last Stop Lighting on December 5th, speaking with Joe. I specifically emphasized that I needed a light pole shipped quickly, and Joe assured me it would ship within 24 to 72 hours. He took my credit card information, shipping details, and company information and promised a confirmation email the same day. By the following day, I had received no confirmation. I made multiple attempts to contact them via phone, email, and their website chat, but heard nothing. With no charge on my credit card, I tried completing the order again through their website. Shortly after, Joe reassured me the pole would ship promptly. Over the next week, despite repeated emails and calls, I received no updates on whether the pole had shipped. Finally, on December 12, Joe emailed tracking information, but the freight company indicated the pole had not yet been picked up. It wasn’t until Friday afternoon, December 13, that I confirmed the pole had finally shipped—far later than promised. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, delays, and failure to deliver as promised. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially after emphasizing the urgency of the order. I expected better service.
