I would have rated higher,

I would have rated higher, because the website experience was great and the quality of the couch seems good (will need more time to tell of course). The problem is that I paid $150 for "white glove" delivery service, but after the delivery guys left, I noticed that one of the sections on the sectional couch was unconnected. Several of the cushions were not zipped to the couch, and one of the legs was left very loose. I had to fix all these things myself later-- I didn't even discover the loose leg until today so I had to disconnect the section and flip it over to fix the leg, then reconnect again. Unfortunately I don't feel like I got my $150 worth - I even tipped them pretty generously too! So yeah, you need a higher bar of quality for "white glove" delivery.

Purchase experience is good, two showing rooms in the Seattle area, flexible payment, nice customer service, although it took a few weeks to get the produce due to backorder. Delivery service is not good (even though it is a paid service $169). The driver constantly express unwillingness to move the sofa to the 2nd floor, repeating it's 300lbs, it may not fit the door, even though after measurement, it can fit the door. And when opening the package, sofa has a small scratch that seems due to opening the package using a knife.

Forgot to send, then the delivery people got stuck in the driveway for more than an hour, but all was eventually made right.
