We were told at the store that the order would come in 3 weeks but after we placed the order, we were told 3 months. Luckily, we saw the piece at the Southcenter store and Amanda made the delivery happen! Kudos to Amanda!!!

The service was good. I wish they had more options for delivery. I had two wait over a week after my couch arrived at the warehouse.

If you are out of the state of Washington, shipping is expensive. Be aware that unless you pay extra for setup, it will be dropped off curb side as it is on a very large pallet. My couch arrived on a semi truck so drop off in tight spaces or narrow ally ways is not possible. Kasala communicated appropriately about drop off date and time.

Only got one mug after ordering two; had to call to get the second one mailed to me; strange
