JNH website was easy to navigate and find the right sauna for our needs. The site is well designed and informative. We ordered 3 person full-spectrum and paid extra for fast shipping. JNH called a few days prior to arrival to go over the procedure and answer any questions. She was informed and knowledgeable, able to answer all questions asked. Sauna arrived exactly on time, in perfect condition. It was installed in under 2 hours, fitting perfectly into a closet in our home wellness space. Everything works like a charm. We searched many different manufacturers and are so pleased we settled on JNH Full Spectrum 3 person. It heats quickly, and is good-looking! If I had an improvement, I'd want it a bit deeper for a little more standing comfort. But we love it and have used at least 4-5 x a week since it arrived in January 2022. Treat yourself and order! You won't be disappointed!

I love the far infrared sauna from JNH, this is my second one. It’s easy to assemble and provides great relief for my arthritis.
