Excellent customer service. The power unit wasn’t working for 1 heater, which I wish didn’t happen but April Brewer got a new one ordered. She was great to work with.

The order process was easy and our sauna arrived much quicker than expected. The information that was sent prior to receiving was great and helped us to prepare for having everything ready to put the kit together. We did our two person unit in about an hour and 15 minutes and are enjoying it immensely.

Amazing product and service

I was surprised by how well this sauna works. I’m used to the sauna at the gym that reaches 180 degrees so I was a little skeptical about this one but it works great. About 15 minutes to warm up and you’ll be sweating.
