The sauna is great!! The floor could be a little stronger but overall great product! Shipping was awesome and it was delivered a couple of weeks earlier than expected! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who likes to relax in the heat!

The sauna was super easy to set up, only took me less than two hours, and I enjoy it 3 to 4 times a week.

I initially ordered a seat for a sauna online as a gift and did not realize that I ordered the wrong seat for their sauna model. Rather than simply fill my order and put me in the position to have to return a product and lose time and money, JNH reached out to me and gathered the information necessary to make sure I had the right one. They even refunded my credit card for the balance between the two items. I was very impressed with the care they took to insure that I had the right gift.
