The process of ordering was easy delivery was prompt. I love the sauna, and it is working great.. The only negative I can say, is that the instructions for putting it together are not clear, and we had some issues with that

The quality of product is outstanding. The unit was thoughtfully and carefully packaged and shipped (this is a huge bonus in-and-of itself).

i had some damaged parts and the customer service person was great. got the new parts in a week. just finished putting the sauna together. can’t wait to use it.
