Great sauna, amazing support. When I had electrician come to the house to put in dedicated circuit and I needed a quick response - real person got on the phone right away and answered the questions. The assembly requires two people, but not any special skills- just follow the instructions paying attention to detail. We use the sauna almost every day- great way to end the day, I sleep and feel better, it really improved quality of life. We put it in the attached garage - get the privacy, it does not take up room in the house, and we do not have to go outside to use it.
