Shipping was a little issue but it all work out just fine. ording and follow up couldn't have gone any better,they truly care beyond the sale. i haven't assembled it yet due to the completion of a remodeling project but I'm looking forward to a great experience.

Nearly everything was as promised! Using our sauna 4 to 5 times a week and loving it. (Couple specific positives: setup was easier than I thought! It’s beautiful. Speakers work better than I thought. One minor inconvenience: pre-cut floor and ceiling weren’t identical size so it all doesn’t fit perfectly, but they were close enough to still maintain solid structural integrity and full functioning of the sauna). We hesitated a lot over this purchase, and I’m happy to say we have no regrets going with JNH!!
