service was fabulous-got a call that i had ordered too many accessories and adjusted my order so that i would not have to pay shipping to return the excess. great company!

My husband has a truck with a lift gate. He managed. I think it would be best to have extra set of hands

Shipping left JNH timely but was a bit delayed once the sauna arrived at the last location for delivery. No fault of JNH.
