Excellent customer service. I had ordered a kitchen mat online and it was a different color than described on the website. I called IQLiving and they immediately sent the correct one and swapped it. IQ Living is my favourite store in Toronto whenever I need houseware items for to update my needs. They provide excellent service and have an amazing variety of items from Chef Ricardo's blenders to organizational items that are stylish. I enjoy their regular sales. Staff are lovely.
