At least one person always says "hello" upon arrival. Staff are very helpful in helping you locate an item or explain a sale. The store is neat and tidy and has a great selection of unique and expected products.

The online process was seamless. I opted to pick it up since I was going to be in the area. I absolutely love the colour of my new Mason Cash 29 cm mixing bowl. It was a great price, since I took advantage of the 20% Customer Appreciation discount.

When shopping online I wanted a 'small' item [size and price]. It showed "2" in stock; I wanted Two. Having worked in retail for many years, I know this could actually mean "1" or even "none". While logged into my account, I called the store to confirm availability. Brendan was VERY helpful, found both items, confirming number and condition. I then added another item to my cart, and purchased online. He kindly set my purchase aside to be pulled for my order to ensure it could be filled, to be picked up the next day.
