My unit is a little over 6 months and doesn't produce alkaline water anymore. I have more than 4800 liters left before replacing filter, so it's either bad unit, or bad filter or both. And I don't like your warranty service. You could at least provide a shipping label. I'll ship it as requested, because I need a working unit, but in my opinion, it's not how a reputable company treats its customers.

The instrument I received doesn't come close to reaching the pH advertised. Tried all tech support and nothing worked. From day one this unit never reached a pH of 9 or above.

I'm disapointed

Poor service I had to follow up re delivery which took a long time even for dispatch of goods
