Quick responses and a willingness to help even outside of warranty. Discovered my problem was just the seal on my old water filter and it was fixed once replaced. Had it been worse, I felt I wasn't going to be pressured to try and buy the latest but instead keep my machine going. Appreciated it.

They walked me through the installation process and even showed me videos to help me install the faucet myself. Great team.
