Out of FOUR chairs TWO were damaged.

This product was picked up as we were leaving IKEA for the 5th time trying to complete our closet system. I can appreciate supply issues, but how the heck do you not have an ordering system to accommodate back orders - when we can get it we'll ship it to you - not at IKEA. It's continue to check back every day for the rest of your life till you get those last 4 items you need. Customer service - might be a 4 letter word at IKEA. Honestly, if I hadn't started this project with IKEA and already assembled the items I would throw them through the windows at IKEA, that's how frustrated I am with this company.
