Got my order when I expected, free delivery helped keeping costs down,

So far pleased with the service and element. I hope it last longer than the last one fitted by the engineer last year. But that was provided by the engineer.

The rack is excellent and holds at least two lots of washing. It has been a lifesaver since we had to take down our pulley maid due to a loft conversion. Easily fits sheets and the option to use hangers is ideal. I did not give 5 stars as the instructions for putting together were not as clear as they could be. In particular, they should state than when pushing the poles into the brackets you really need to use force until you hear a slight click (or the rack will not be steady and will wobble / lean a lot). Apart from the instructions, it is one of the best drying racks I have used.

Bought auto smart cleaning product, some of the bottles were not labelled. Phoned up and they sent me a product list.
