Lots of help with stubborn problem
As a home owner struggling through a series of hot tub repairs, I found the team at hot tub supplies to be beyond helpful, even contacting the manufacturer several times on my behalf. When we still couldn't solve the problem, I was offered a full warranty replacement. Stubborn me still thought something was missing, and after several more brainstorm sessions with the customer service rep and a rep from Watkins, I was able to solve my problem on our 20 year old hot tub without the trouble of the warranty replacement. Thanks for working so hard to get our tub up and running! I sat in it for the first time in several weeks today!
