Problems with deliveries of accessories

Unfortunately the neck opening is too shallow for me. And pillow too high for neck comfort. Removed over 1/2 stuffing trying to make it work, aside from my head only making onto 1/4 of the pillow due to neck opening, so my shoulders then lost the support. I feel the arm tunnels were too skinny and need to be more near the neck opening so my arm isn’t up so high. Since I cannot sleep on pillow, I just use as backrest. I’m very sad as had such high hopes to save my shoulders..

Size of a child not an adult

My juicer arrived with no instructions. If there were instructions I may not have put it in the dishwasher. I did put it in the dishwasher and the aluminum oxidized. Now I get gray residue when I touch it. Can I return it?

The foam is much too soft... It feels good for a few minutes then flattens out and offers no support to thighs and cannot separate pressure from tail bones. Painful after a short while...Also the cushion has begun to deform from use...Needs to be improved by use of very FIRM foam.
