It did take a few weeks to receive my pillow, and the text coupon did not work at all- no one ever responded to my texts, so that’s why I would subtract one star. But as to the pillow itself- it is wonderful! Best pillow ever!

Ordering was easy and the price is very competitive. Shipped fast! Just have to buy more filling for my preference. Pillow case is soft and easy to remove and wash
