Arrived less than a week after I placed the order

I had tried this pillow in a hotel in London and fell in love with it. Took a picture of the tag but forgot about it. Bought it 6 years later, and only got once just in case it wasn't as good as I remembered. The minute I got it, I had to order the second one. It's perfection. For the first one I didn't get an email with a tracking number. I emailed and the service was amazing, quick, super nice and followed up. Service as great as the pillow itself <3
