I had the most amazing sleep when we visiting the Andaz in Costa Rica. The hotel referred me to the Hanse website and when I emailed customer service asking about the specific pillow, they responded within 1 hour! They were so kind and told me exactly which pillow to buy and I have been sleeping so soundly (and with no neck or shoulder pain) since it arrived. I actually get excited to go to bed whereas I used to dread doing so, because I would toss and turn for hours resulting in a poor night's sleep and aches up and down my body. It was worth every penny!!

Tough getting out of bed now! Shipping was fast, quality is excellent.

The duvet was discovered when we stayed at Park Hyatt New York and it is truly amazing. It might look and feel thin but it’s extremely breathable and kept us warm but not too hot like the one we had. Another kicker is the customer service and shipping. Very responsive and fast! I originally looked at many existing reviews and was a little concerned with some negative comments. After my personal experience, all the positive reviews were true so I recommend to ignore the bad ones.
