I checked with Hanse textile and the Park Hyatt New York City because I loved their pillows so much. I was told by both organizations that this pillow was the exact pillow they used there. It isn't even close to being the same pillow. They are miles apart. But because of this company's policy of not returns for any reason, I'm stuck with a $150 pillow that frankly stinks. It feels weak and unsupportive. I will never buy from this company again. What a disappointment.
