GroWell Horticulture

I ordered goods from Growell and on receipt noticed they had been tampered with. I notified Growell immediately and was given assurances it would be looked into. It hasn't been, despite a few follow-up emails. All Growell had to say was they goods left their premises intact, which is in fact more worrying than if they'd been sent in already damaged boxes. They have not taken serious the matter of deliveries being broken into, for such a business I find this totally unacceptable. Security, confidentiality and privacy should be top of the list for customers of Growell, and therefore of the company itself. Not happy and will not use them for mail order again unless this is addressed.
