Very easy to order, when trying to call to chase up the exact delivery time as you only get a before a date in 2 weeks time then an email the day before, we found that a bit difficult as there is no telephone number to call, when google the number it brings up a store in Thurrock who can't help if you've ordered through the website. The only way to speak to someone is via a computerised live chat. Other than that little niggle Grass Direct are a fabulous company who we have ordered from twice now, the first time was in 2018

I had extremely good customer service from Daniel and the delivery was on Time And the Delivery driver went above and beyond to place a product in the garden where Asked, I was extremely happy with the product. It was worth every penny, and I would definitely be recommending the company to anyone who was looking To purchase artificial grass. And I have already recommended the company to family and friends. Overall, extremely happy.
