Grass Direct

I reviewed the actual purchasing of the artificial grass because I received excellent customer service and now the grass is laid we are over the moon, we have a large garden so would have been so expensive going to somewhere else but Grass direct had a brilliant offer. I was able to check stock to make sure it was available and got delivery very quickly. The delivery guy was lovely and very strong, the rolls are pretty heavy so have a couple people around to help. I’m super impressed with the look and feel of the grass as are the dogs and all the family. It looks beautiful, make sure to lay it the way it looks best too ( I was given advice about this while in the physical store which was a big help, really couldn’t be happier and I recommend this company to everyone. There are reviews about delivery taking some time but I would say to try and find out prior to placing the order, give the sizes you want and which product and they will advise on delivery estimate for you. Great service

Really easy ordering process. One phone call and an online order processed, grass delivered within 5 days. It was a 10x5 piece to cover the area in back garden, so was heavy to lift with two people. Once in place, rolled out easy and cut in place to required area. Fixed to wooden frame and brushed up for final result and looks great. Would definitely order from Grass Direct again.
