Good service would recommend

Product is really good however, service of deleivery wad terrible We were told our deleivery date had moved forward which we wanted, to then find out from the deleivery company they were never delivering over bank holiday. Grass direct did not have access to deleivery details really which is not good for customers. Service of staff was very good however, why tell us that's the case and it wasn't we had waited in for three days , had people wait at our house and had the grass area prepped waste of time.
