I would rate zero stars but that is not an option. I ordered 24 cabinet pulls and I received 1 with a packing slip that says 24. I reached out and was asked for a picture of what I got. Then a picture of the package it was in. Since let them know the yellow padded envelope was thrown away, I have heard nothing else. Meanwhile I'm stuck with 1 cabinet pull mid project. and out $65. I feel like I have been cheated and then ghosted.
