Works as expected.

I had initially purchased my chosen cabinet pull for Home Depot. When they were out of stock, I looked deeper. I was relieved that I could purchase direct from GlideRite. I like going directly to a seller/manufacturer, because I think it's more profitable for them than working thru a big-box store. HOWEVER, I ended up with an extra set of 12, and wanted to return. I LOVE your equipment, but I'm not impressed with your return practices.

Shipping was accurate and timely. Screws that were included were too short for my cabinets but we used the knob screws from those we replaced. Love the look of these new knobs.

The service was excellent. I received everything in perfect condition quickly

Darker gold then pictured. Will not work with my faucet color. Very durable. You need to make a lighter satin gold color
