Received a random item in my package despite the invoice in the package showing the item I had ordered. Hoping to get it sorted out in time for Christmas

Great product ideas but quality definitely lacking.

I have not received the ordered item yet!!!

Ordered weeks ago. Still no order.

Again, I can't give a postive review. I never received my order and have tried to communicate this in two different ways. I love Fred but this is a bummer.
