I'm so pleased with the grinder I purchased, but it's frustrating and disappointing to see plastic air bags used as packaging, when environmentally friendly alternatives like paper shred are available and effective. Plastic film is not widely accepted for recycling, so often ends up in landfills, where it does not break down - and when it is recycled, the process emits harmful chemicals. If I need to replace my purchase in the future, I will likely order the same product from a third-party retailer to avoid plastic packaging material.

Shipping was reasonably fast. Was disappointed in product. I don't think I received what I ordered, which would have been the cleaner version of this plaque. But either way, it's annoying.
