Excellent customer service

The machines are excellent and there's plenty of videos and reviews, but their customer service was excellent, no question. They took the care to phone me and double check the discrepancy between my billing and shipping address, since I was sending the machine as a gift to someone in another country and the address is I given was a bit janky. I also had to email them some shipping/delivery question after one failed attempt and they promptly responded. They didn't tell me to contact the courier, making my concern the problem of another company, and they emailed me upon delivery. That level of consideration isn't really expected anymore when purchasing things online, and it reminded me what it looks like when a company takes pride in their product and values their customers.

Received my Gaggia Classic Pro

Received my Gaggia Classic Pro quickly. Shipping was very efficient. I was impressed with the quality of the machine and the ease of set up. After using the Classic Pro a couple of weeks, I can say I’m pleased with this purchase.

For a small espresso machine,

For a small espresso machine, I give Gaggia a good rating thus far. I used to own a Pasquini, however, it stopped working two years post overhaul. The Pasquini is too heavy to lift considering I'm 81 yrs old, therefore, this is a good substitute.
