It’s built like a tank, it’s easy to use, it avoids un-necessary whistles & bells, and it’s substantially quieter than the prior model (which I owned for 10 years). A clear win!

I love this coffee maker! It works great as an all in one system. I had a machine very similar to this one and I absolutely loved it. I had it for 13 years and when it final quit working, the maker no longer carried the machine. This machine does all the same things, but one thing I don't like is the water bin. It's flimsy getting it in and out, especially if its full of water.

I do agree, coffee is an emergency thing, wow, I was very impressed about your fast delivery - ordered on Sunday night, received it by Wednesday morning. About the product, I am still learning how to extract good espresso. Some kind of informative guidance within the box would be nice, and some accessories as well, but I am happy with my new coffee that is not Nespresso. One thing it bothered me was about single tank controlling water temperature, but learned work-about way of having right temperature water as well, thanks to Youtue. In addition, your youtube guidance is a plus. I highly recommend that to have better coffee as well. Thank you, Gaggia.
