Great service from Terence of Futur Living who was able to give me honest and detailed information of the product, including comparison with other similar products in the market. Not pushy and doesn't speak negatively of other products in the market which I experienced with other brands that didn't feel pleasant. Installation process was smooth and quick. Love the water dispensing speed!! Another function that's helpful is the indicator for water filter change based on usage.
