I'm thrilled with this water dispenser! It serves up instant hot water and ice-cold water that's just right for scorching summer days. The touch screen panel makes selecting the water volume a breeze. It's a must-have for keeping cool and hydrated. Highly recommended! Their sub-contractor who does the installation was detail. Minimized the crack of wall tiles when creating the hole for the water pipes to run thru for the water dispenser! Awesome!

The service guy was good. And explanation of the dispenser is very clear.
