I initially had concerns about ordering from an online company however we had a brilliant experience. The delivery company were brilliant and helped to move the pallet into the garage until I had time to unpack it at the weekend. The instructions were pictures only (no text) but after studying them, it was easy to put together on my own except for needing someone to hold the final 2 pieces together whilst I secured them. The set looks lovely and seems really sturdy and the adjustable table height is very simple to change. The waterproof cover has also been tested in recent storms so overall I am very happy with it.

I had never heard of this company before and needed to get some garden furniture for a get together. Needed max seats and went with one of their 9 seat rattan sets. Not having heard about them or seen the quality of their stuff, was a gamble, however most shopping and choice nowadays is online, so I took a chance. Ordering was simple. They had a small discount code, which I always appreciate. I was updated about delivery and was called on 2 seperate occasions re: delivery. Delivery was on time and furniture was well packaged. We did not observe missing items or broken parts. Mislabelled or no labels on some parts, was what we experienced. However, partner was able to figure things out.

Ordered this corner unit through TikTok … I was a bit unsure buying something like this though TikTok but was a smooth process. From point of order I was emailed regularly by the delivery company and delivered on time. Drivers were helpful in placing the boxes where I needed them. The installation process was fairly easy but could have been helped if the pieces had numbered labels on them. End result was a perfect fit and looks great ! Would 100% recommend.
