Agent was super helpful in getting me a missing grommet (turned out to be user error on my part when I placed the order for the table). Grommet arrived super quickly. Table and accessories - everything ordered super promptly and I've been using the fully bamboo desk for ~1 month and have been LOVING it. Reduces the pain in my back from being at the desk super long hours since I get to stand. If anyone is on the fence about adding casters-- do it! Really helps when you want to move the desk to a different corner of your home office and/or are cleaning.
