Bin total zufrieden mit Qualität und Preisleistung.

Der Tisch ist wirklich super - ich liebe ihn. Leider ist die Tischplatte kaputt angekommen. Ich musste daher die Lieferung verweigern und mich mehrmals an den Kundenservice wenden. Ich habe mehrmals angegeben, dass ich gerne einen deutschsprachigen Kundenservice möchte, allerdings wurde ich immer zum englischsprachigen Kundenservice. Nach einigem Hin und Her hat dann aber alles geklappt.

Easy order-process: I've tried other manufacturers online, fully has imho the best UX. Delivery was quite slow - I received 3 desks in total (one replacement), 2 times delivery took more than 1 week in total with confusing status updates on delivery tracking (not fully's fault, but delivery agency's I assume). Excellent product: beautiful, well working, easy to use, very sturdy, easy and well documented assembly. My second wooden desktop had a very ugly and obvious blemish - should have been spotted at fully's before delivery. Got a replacement without discussion, yet still had to go through the cumbersome process of disassembling (I only spotted the blemish after assembly) and repacking.
