Poor quality Fabric, way overpriced. On every competitor's website replacement umbrella size is standard, with Frontera, they call it custom, charge $799.00 and you can't return. Worthless. I will never do business again with this schlock company.

Your website advertised a product was quick ship (2-3 business days) which is why I chose it and was willing to pay a premium for the furniture set. I needed the furniture for an event at my home. After I placed the order, I was told the the item was on backorder and wouldn't ship for 6 weeks. The website continued to show this item as quick ship the entire time is was unavailable. Also, after searching the web, I found the same product from the same manufacturer for over $1000 less than I paid through your website. When I sent inquires to customer service I received curt, rude responses. I will not be shopping through your website again.

Use Amazon. Frontera is inly a middleman bill to/shop to opetator.
