Kingsley Bate teak furniture is nice, but it takes too long to get it. Also, delivery on the street is not good.

The ordering process was easy, but the item was backordered for about 8 months. This wasn't a problem as we wanted the item for our back patio. Communication was clear, but would have liked more updates on the process. Also freight delivery just dropped the item with a huge pallet on our driveway. They didn't follow the drop off instructions so I had to make time to move the item where it was supposed to be dropped off and set it up properly.

Shipping is not convenient. The shipping company just drops it on a pallet outside the door. Challenging when living in a high rise condo. Then you have to figure out how to dispose of the pallet. I did convince the driver to take the pallet on the first shipment but wasn't there for the second. Frontera customer service was very helpful and efficient when I needed a few extra gliders.

Sales agents are friendly and helpful. Shipping agent was atrocious.

The chairs I ordered arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint is that I had to wait weeks for them. But they are just what I needed —all aluminum that won’t rust on my balconies near the sea.
