There were some confusion as to the office that handled my zip code, but overall phone calls and follow-up were managed rather well. Driver called as promised when on his way, and again when he arrived. Asked where he would leave Patrick and got him as closed to its winter location.

Santa’s colors are bright, and the detail is wonderful. Very satisfied with the santa/ shipping/packaging. If you do put him outside you will need a spotlight on him.

love my tree, very strong branches that hold ornaments well. Love the multi light option. Looks beautiful and easy to put up.
