If it was a way to inspect the product to make sure all components, parts and instructions are included before gets shipped probably you save some headaches. It’s the perfect size, easy to put together, the color of the lights are beautiful. My only complaint would be that it smells like plastic. It’s been up for just over a week and it still has the odor. Hopefully it will fade soon.

The tree is pretty once you pull the branches apart. Lost a good amount of the snow. However, I didn’t look to see if it were toxic to pets so it’s high up so she cannot reach it. Once set the lights on it’s beautiful
