Shipping and customer service was great with free shipping and excellent customer service. Unfortunately my product, lunging lily malfunctioned. I don't fault Haunted Hill Farms since this was a manufacturing quality issue. I would purchase from Haunted Hill Farms again and appreciate that they are bringing back these classic animatronics.
