Confusing process and very disappointing that there is a fee when you have to return a frame because it does not work at all.

Not worth the money. I placed an order for 2 Upton mirror frames on 3/21/25. Upon arrival there was only one install kit for the two frames; inconvenient and cheap as I purchased two frames but fine. I was unable to start my project as one of the frames was damaged & I needed the install kit for both. I reached out and they sent a replacement frame quickly. Once I received a replacement that frame was damaged as well, but I was able to piece together a full okay-ish frame from the original & replacement set. Ready to install my two frames I had the following issues: - The cardboard edge markers are useless as the slightest bump makes them fall off the mirror. - The videos for install are misleading & the instructions are not complete as you need to use for phone to look up part of the instructions. I am not sure why they don’t just print them all out including the cardboard square instructions. This is a two person job - don’t let the videos of one person fool you. Once the frames are up - they did look nice. After a few days I realize one of the frame corners was lower/uneven & assumed it was my hanging partners fault. I ordered new backing tape, removed, & rehung my frame. I assumed everything is great & I now have my frames up. That was incorrect. One of the frames fully came off the mirror overnight, damaged my bathroom door and wall, & broke items on the vanity of our guest bathroom. I have yet to rehang that mirror frame as it is no longer a sturdy frame after the fall and I need to repair the damaged frame & find other means to hang the frame. The second frame has now began to lift on one side & is no longer level again. This leads me to believe that perhaps the first uneven hanging was due to lifting and was not an install error. It looks like it is sliding off my mirror on just one side. I am not sure what I could have done differently. I followed all instructions & surface prep. They looked nice while they lasted (less than a month). I think I could have gotten a better quality product and install if I had just hired a handyman to create the frames. At $400 for the two frames and lots of time & issues - I would not purchase again from this company or recommend them to others.

Horrible product. Doesn't even fit together because the holes that hold the pegs are too small for the pegs. I had to dig out wood on 3 corners to fit the pegs provided. Shame on you for your lack of quality control.

I PURCHASED A LARGE MIRROR IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2023 FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY $325 SHIPPING, WHEN THE MIRROR ARRIVED AFTER 5 LONG WEEKS, IT WAS BROKEN, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPLACE THE UNIT AND AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY WILL REPLACE THE UNIT. I SEND AN EMAIL TO KNOW THE STATUS. THEY SEND ME AS REPLIES: "WE WILL HAVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" AND THE MOST FANTASTIC AN EMAIL WITH THE MANUFACTURING ORDER DATED JANUARY 2024. I WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE END BETWEEN FOUR MONTHS TO HAVE A MIRROR IN MY BATHROOM. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS ON THE MARKET UNFORTUNATELY I DECIDED ON THEM BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE A SERIOUS AND RESPONSIBLE COMPANY. ALIRIO CORDOVA ORDER SH137546
