Took longer to receive but well worth the wait.

I spent a long time looking for a certain size mirror that I couldn’t fine and I stumbled across this website and ordered two mirrors for a new build home and they arrived with some scratching on the frame. I contacted Frame my Mirror and Tara responded and apologized and sent new ones out right away. When the replacements came one was beautiful one was damaged in shipping. I contacted Tara and again another mirror was sent. This mirror I have the delivery guys on camera as they delivered me yet another damaged box with a damaged mirror. I was so embarrassed to contact Tara yet again but I sent the video of the delivery guys. They no questions asked sent another one. I know my purchase was not financially beneficial for this company as they sent so many mirrors. Finally the last mirror arrived perfect and is in my new home. I was totally amazed at how they stood behind their products and had the best customer service I think I’ve ever experienced with an online company. Thanks for making it right even though it was the delivery guys fault and not frame my mirrors fault.

Love the mirrors this is my third purchase.
