I ordered two frames. When they came we realized we made a mistake when measuring. They were happy to fix the issue and sent me new ones no cost. They also didn’t make me send it back. Finally I have them up, they fit beautifully, and make the bathroom. Timely shipping and customer service. Highly recommend.

We ordered 2 different frames for 2 bathrooms. But the hardware packages for both frames were in with one of the frames boxes instead of each box. It was hard to tell which hardware went with which frame. I called the company and the quickly identified the numbers on the packages that went with each frame. The frames fit perfectly.
