I purchased the bags years ago and now wish I didn't take so long to start using them. The cheese remains fresh, doesn't dry out even after a month. Have not had moldy or dry or slimy cheese since using the bags. I label my bags and then reuse. Very cost effective with no waste and reuse. I purchased the bags for all my cheese loving friends.
